Our products are specially formulated for sensitive, dry, and easily irritated skin for babies and the whole family. They feature EWG Green Grade ingredients and advanced Ceramide Complex to help strengthen the skin barrier and provide long-lasting hydration. Many parents have shared positive experiences with our Ato line for delicate baby skin. We always recommend doing a patch test first.

All Mongdies products use 99% naturally-derived ingredients with the highest EWG Green Grade rating. We do not use artificial fragrances, harsh chemicals, or steroids. Our formulas focus on gentle care with patented Ceracine technology and botanical extracts.

Most products such as Ato Cream, Lotion, and Bath & Shampoo are suitable from newborn stage. Our Sun Protection products are recommended from 6 months and older. Please consult your pediatrician for advice specific to your baby.

Bath & Shampoo is gentle enough for daily use and helps maintain skin moisture. For overall body moisturizing, use Ato Lotion or Ato Cream. For small coin-sized spots or particularly itchy areas, apply Ato Balm generously. For areas around the mouth or frequently moist spots, we recommend Cica Repair Cream. Use Soothing Gel when the whole body feels itchy and needs cooling and calming. You can reapply lotion or cream as often as needed throughout the day.

The Body Rash Kit is recommended for babies with severely itchy skin. It is our specially curated set to help provide intensive soothing care. Make sure to moisturize frequently so your baby’s skin does not become dry. For localized itching, apply Ato Balm or Cica Repair Cream at least 3 times a day for good hydration and protection.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $49. Orders under $49 have a flat $5 shipping fee. We process orders received on weekdays within 24 hours from our warehouse in Anaheim, CA. Most U.S. domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days. A tracking number will be sent via email.

Currently, we ship only within the United States. We are working on international shipping options and will announce updates through our newsletter.

We have a 30-day return policy. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund (minus original shipping cost). Please contact our customer service team before shipping back any items via the chat window on our website or by emailing hello@mongdiesus.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Due to hygiene reasons, we generally cannot accept returns on opened products. However, if the product arrives defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Please contact us via chat or hello@mongdiesus.com.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send us clear photos within 7 days of delivery via the chat window or hello@mongdiesus.com. Our team will quickly arrange a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
