Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. It will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in route to you. Orders typically take 1 business day to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

We ship Domestic and Internationally.  International customers are responsible for paying any import fee or taxes to receive their order.

Shipping Process

Please note that order processing may take up to 1 business day after the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time. Once your order ships, standard ground shipping orders arrive in 3-8 business days. Expedited orders are processed on the next business day. Weekend and holidays are excluded from processing time. The availability of 2nd day delivery will always be subject to availability of stock, subject to a surcharge and be dependent on where the delivery location is.

Return Policy
