1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, particularly given the nature of our skincare products, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used products.

Sale items (marked as "Final Sale").

Gift cards.
3. Damages and Issues

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
